“Home away from Home”
is a three story, three bedroom, 1800 square foot Condominium which can
accommodate up to 6 people. We are located in the Port Trinitie
community, Duck, North Carolina. Duck is part of the famous
Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina, known for its scenic beauty,
beaches, wildlife and historical areas. Port Trinitie,
is approximately 3.5 miles north of the main shopping area in the
Town of Duck (DK).
 “Home
away from Home” is on the ocean side of NC 12 (Duck Road); its
proximity to both the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound makes it an
ideal base camp for any visitor to the Outer Banks. If your interest
is surf fishing, beach combing, sun bathing, or strolling along the
water's edge, Port Trinitie’s private beach is a mere 800 feet from
your front door. Don’t forget to set some time aside to watch the
dolphins and abundant pelicans.
If your aspirations
are no loftier than sitting in a gazebo on Currituck Sound whiling
away the hours mesmerized by the sound of the Sound or catching the
sunset, you have only to walk 700 feet from your front door to
indulge yourself. Perhaps tennis is your passion, the community
tennis courts are less than fifty feet from “Home away from Home”.
The two well-kept community swimming pools are even closer than the
beach or the Sound. |
